Our Experience:

Neil Hyde started Hyde Telecom in 2000 with 18 years of telecommunication and business experience and a vision of providing quality products, service, support and expertise to our customers. We currently have offices in Urbandale, Cedar Rapids and Fort Dodge.

Neil has had a relationship with our flagship manufacturer, Mitel, since 1986.  We are an exclusive business partner with Mitel today. Neil brought Doug Postel and his 26 years of telecommunication experience in as a partner in 2008 to help manage and grow Hyde Telecom. Our technical staff averages 15+ years in the industry, and our project managers average 10 years experience. Together they allow us to deliver on our promise of value and satisfaction to our customers.

With hundreds of installations at single site businesses, multiple location businesses with networked VOIP sites and fiber connected campus environments, small, medium and large businesses have come to trust Hyde Telecom and the value we bring to their businesses.
